For corporate events

Corporate event photos, without an attendee list.

Launches, offsites, and team dinners produce a flood of photos that the comms team never gets to see. Ourview collects them through one private link, keeps the gallery to the host if you want it that way, and hands you a single archive at the end.

Coming soonHow it works
The shared gallery of Halden Studio Launch Night: a grid of guest photos, each tagged with the name of the guest who added it, including confetti over the hosts, a guest filming the DJ, a toast at the bar, and a group selfie.
The collected gallery of a studio launch night, one tile per guest photo.
No attendee emails
People type a name and nothing else. There is no list to collect, store, or protect.
Host-only gallery
Collect privately. Attendees contribute without seeing what anyone else added.
One archive for comms
Download every file in a ZIP, each named after the person who took it.

Ready before the welcome speech.

Create it in the morning, show the code in the first slide, collect all day.

  1. 1Create the event for the headcount

Pick a capacity that covers the room, choose host-only if the gallery is for internal use, and set when uploads should close.

The top of an Ourview invitation: a cover photo of a busy warehouse launch party, a You're invited badge, the event name Halden Studio Launch Night, and a short welcome.
  2. 2Put the link on the welcome slide

Show the QR code on the screen at the start, print it on badges, or send the link in the calendar invite.

The join form on the invitation: the event time, a camera roll allowance of up to 36 moments, a name field with Emma typed in, and a Join this memory button.
  3. 3Download the archive afterwards

Pull the ZIP from your dashboard, pick what belongs on the intranet or in the newsletter, and you are done.

The guest's camera roll panel after joining: a drop zone for photos and videos, 34 shots remaining, and a photo named IMG_3134.png marked Shared.
